Refund & Cancellation Policy

At The Happy Glamper Rentals LLC, we understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our business, which depends on advance bookings. By placing a reservation, you agree to the following terms:

Cancellations & Refunds

Standard Bookings (Non-Holiday/Non-Peak):

  • 100% Refund if canceled 30 days or more before the reservation start date.

  • 50% Refund if canceled 15–29 days before the reservation start date.

  • No Refund if canceled within 14 days of the reservation start date.

Peak Season/Holiday Bookings (Memorial Day – Labor Day & Major Holidays):

  • 100% Refund if canceled 45 days or more in advance.

  • 50% Refund if canceled 30 days in advance.

  • No Refund for cancellations made less than 30 days before the reservation.

Early Departures / Late Arrivals

  • No refunds will be issued for early departures, late arrivals, or unused rental nights.

Weather-Related Cancellations

  • Refunds will not be issued due to weather, unless a state of emergency or campground closure is officially declared. Travel insurance is recommended.

Security Deposits

  • A refundable security deposit is due before your rental period begins. This will be returned within 7 business days of the rental end date, provided there is no damage, excessive cleaning, or violation of rental terms.

Rescheduling Policy

  • Guests may reschedule a booking one time, free of charge, if notice is given at least 14 days in advance. Reschedules are subject to availability and rate changes.

No-Shows

  • No-shows are non-refundable.
