The Happy Glamper Rentals LLC

By booking a rental with The Happy Glamper Rentals LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), the customer (“Renter”, “you”, or “your”) agrees to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms govern the rental and use of all RVs, travel trailers, and glamping units owned or managed by the Company.

1. Rental Eligibility

To rent a unit from The Happy Glamper Rentals LLC, you must:

Be at least 25 years old;
Hold a valid driver’s license;
Provide proof of Comprehensive and Collision insurance covering the rental unit for the full duration of the rental period (see Section 4);
Sign the Rental Agreement and provide a valid credit card for the security deposit.

2. Reservation & Payment Terms

A deposit is due at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
Full payment is required 10 days prior to pickup or delivery.
A refundable security deposit is required and may be used to cover damages, excessive cleaning, late return fees, or other violations of these Terms.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

Refer to our Refund Policy [link to refund policy] for cancellation terms, refund eligibility, and rescheduling conditions.

4. Insurance Requirements

Comprehensive and Collision insurance is required and must cover the rental unit for the entire rental period.

Renter shall obtain an insurance binder or certificate of insurance naming The Happy Glamper Rentals LLC as a loss payee/additional insured.
Proof of coverage must be provided at least 48 hours prior to pickup or delivery.
If insurance is not provided, the reservation may be canceled and subject to applicable cancellation fees.

5. Use of the Rental Unit

The RV/unit may not be used for illegal purposes, off-road use, towing, or any activity prohibited by law.
Smoking, vaping, and drug use are strictly prohibited inside the unit.
Pets are only permitted with prior written approval.
Renter must follow all traffic laws and local regulations during the rental.

6. Responsibility for Damages

Renter is fully responsible for:

Any and all damages to the rental unit, interior or exterior, beyond normal wear and tear;
Theft, vandalism, accidents, or loss due to negligence;
Any damage resulting from improper use, failure to follow operational guidelines, or violation of these Terms.

Assessment of damage is at the sole discretion of The Happy Glamper Rentals LLC. Costs for repairs or cleaning will be deducted from the security deposit, and any overages will be billed to the Renter.

7. Breakdowns & Roadside Assistance

Renter shall promptly notify The Happy Glamper Rentals LLC of any mechanical issues.
We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or inconvenience caused by breakdowns or necessary repairs during the rental.
Renter is encouraged to carry roadside assistance coverage.

8. Late Returns / Early Departures

A late return fee of [$X/hour] will be charged for each hour past the scheduled return time.
Early departures do not qualify for a refund.

9. Indemnification

Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Happy Glamper Rentals LLC, its owners, agents, and employees from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or losses arising from the use or operation of the rental unit.

10. Modifications

The Happy Glamper Rentals LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version in effect at the time of your booking shall apply.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of [Your State], without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

12. Acknowledgment

By submitting a booking request, making payment, or signing the rental agreement, Renter acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
